VPK is a free program for 4-year-old children whose families reside in Florida. $24.80 as that is the ELC of Pinellas County’s maximum allowable reimbursement rate for PR4 and PR5 children. Providers should look at the rainbow colored page for their site’s approved FT rate in their 22-23 certified SR contract or latest amendment if they had one since July 1, 2022 for a change in their site’s private pay rates.
